- The therapist at Body Stress Release Grant Cronje is obliged to act in accordance with legal regulations. The rights and obligations of the client and counselor are included in the Medical Treatment Agreement Act (WGBO) and the Care Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz).
- The therapist maintains confidentiality with regard to data provided by the client, which is stored in the file, with the exception of the information about which the client has stated that he/she does not object to the use for statistical purposes.
- The therapist undertakes to provide information about the treatment to the client in all phases of the treatment. The client undertakes to provide relevant information to the therapist through the anamnesis conversation.
- The therapist will only treat children under 12 years old in the presence of a counselor (parent, carer, or other responsible adult). For children between the ages of 12 and 16, the presence of a counselor is not necessary. The therapist who works with children under the age of 16 concludes a written treatment agreement with both parents, provided that they both have parental authority, or guardians.
- Termination of the treatment can take place at any time by mutual consent. If the recipient no longer appreciates or deems it necessary to continue the agreement, he/she can terminate it unilaterally. The therapist can only terminate the agreement unilaterally, citing arguments, if he cannot reasonably be expected to continue the agreement.
- The client agrees to be included in the Body Stress Release Grant Cronje customer base.
- The client agrees to the applicable pricing, as stated on the website www.bsr-grantcronje.nl.
- Payment method for the treatments will be made by pin or cash with the treating therapist immediately after the consultation. Exceptionally, it is also possible via bank transfer.
- The client undertakes to change an appointment, by phone or email, in good time (at least 24 hours in advance), otherwise the costs of the reserved time may be charged.
- The client is aware of the privacy statement.
- The client has the right to view and/or change personal data and to have the medical file removed, forwarded to another therapist or collected. If a client wishes to have the medical file removed, forwarded or collected, a written request must be submitted. This should be addressed to Body Stress Release Grant Cronje. If the client wishes to retrieve the medical file, it must be signed before receipt in practice, by the client or a (written) authorized representative.

Any adverse consequences resulting from withholding information contained in the medical file with the doctor are at the responsibility and expense of the client.
